Pragmatic Leadership for Our Students

Darrell Evans lives in Hagerstown and has proudly served all residents of Washington County on the WCPS school board for six years. Last year he was chosen by his peers to serve as president.

Darrell’s skills as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Financial Advisor have greatly benefited the taxpayers of Washington County by making efficient use of the $380 million budget taxpayers generously provide.

Darrell also serves the community as President of the Antietam Exchange Club, member of the Elks, as well as previously serving on the board of Valley Little League, umpire, and Little League Coach.

In his free time, Darrell enjoys playing adult league baseball, flying his drone, and hiking with his dog Marlin.
